SGI Overview
The SGI is designed to transmit guitar signals over long distances without introducing noise or signal degradation, all while preserving the instrument’s original tone. In the studio, it enables the guitarist to remain in the control room while connecting to an amp located elsewhere. On stage, it’s ideal for sending signals to off-stage isolation cabinets or for routing between wireless systems, pedalboards, and amplifiers.
The system includes two components: the SGI-TX transmitter and the SGI-RX receiver, connected via a standard balanced XLR microphone cable. Setup is simple—plug your guitar into the SGI-TX input, connect your amplifier to the SGI-RX output, and you're ready to go. The SGI-TX features a discrete buffered circuit that drives your signal across long cable runs, while the SGI-RX receives the signal and adjusts the impedance to match your amp, ensuring your tone remains intact.
