The AKG C214 is large (1″) diaphragm condenser built from the legendary design of the AKG C414 minus the additional pickup patterns (cardioid only). Full spectrum frequency response expected of a large diaphragm condenser but will the ability to handle a Max SPL of 156 dB when pad applied (-20dB). Great sounding condenser mic… for the price. Comes with wind screen and shock mount. Two of them are included in the AKG Premium Drum Mic Set.
