Cancellation Policy


Cancellations are made by contacting us via phone at (844) 736-3642 or by email at and are subject to the following terms:

Within 30 days of a reservation, cancelations are given as full credit to the customers account for future reservations or purchases. Cancellations outside of 30 days are given a full refund back on the card the reservation was made with. Cancelling a shipped order will result in extra fees.

Cancellations due to an out of stock item will be given the option of refund returned to the credit card to make reservation or an account credit.
